A Sense of Place dinner series

Our Sense of Place dinner will be on Saturday 17th February from 6.30 pm.

This dinner will be the last created and crafted by Joel Alderdice, Head Chef.

Tickets are $150 per head.

with a set menu of shared dishes matched with a selection of current and museum wines. Tickets are $150 per head.

Our third Sense of Place dinner will be on Saturday 19th August from 6.30 pm

with a set menu of shared dishes matched with a selection of current and museum wines. 

Face the Fire

We will be facing the fire with 60 of our closest friends to see Frank Camorra from Movida working with our head chef Joel Alderdice and our kitchen team to create a “Duck paella” like no other on Saturday 8th July at 6:30pm..

You’ll be able to get up close to understand what it takes to create a great paella over fire and why Pinot Noir is such a great partner to duck.

A pine mushroom variation will be available for our vegetarian friends.

Three courses with wine, great memories and no doubt some fun.Tickets are $158 per head.

Materclasses-Wines from a place of slow water

In 1983 our first Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines were planted in the Western precinct of this property. In recognition of our history we are conducting a couple of masterclasses as we’d love to share some of our older vintages with you. Respecting the past, understanding the now and looking to the future. Sunday 28th May 11am-12:30pm & 1pm-2:30pm. $55 per person with a selection of local cheese. 

A Sense of Place dinner series

Join us on Saturday 20th May at 6.30 pm for our Sense of Place dinner with local, seasonal produce to be shared.

Joel Alderdice and his team have created a menu reflecting the style of produce we love to enjoy with our friends, in the heart of Healesville.

Each course will be accompanied by a museum and current vintage wine from TarraWarra Estate, to highlight the nuances of the dishes.

60 seats only and the bookings are to be made via our website. Tickets are $150 per head.

Mother's Day in our cellar door

Join us in our subterranean cellar door to enjoy a relaxed and delicious lunch with your favourite people.

Sunday 14th May 12 noon or 2 pm $80 per head. 2 courses + petit four along with a flight of 3 wines.

A Sense of Place dinner series

The recent warm weather has seen a delicious range of produce being harvested in and around the Yarra Valley and our Chef, Joel Alderdice would love to share these with you as we launch a series of dinners to be known as A Sense of Place.

We’re celebrating 40 years of being custodians of this land and each day we appreciate this site, the beauty it brings and the fruit we are able to grow reflecting our sense of place.  

The first dinner will be on Saturday 1st April from 6.30 pm with a set menu of shared dishes matched with a selection of current and museum wines. Tickets are $150 per head.
