Our priority is the health and well-being of our guests, staff and suppliers. So we have in place a number of measures to minimise the spread of infectious diseases. You can also assist us in keeping our cellar door & restaurant safe and we encourage you to note the following initiatives

Air Flow

Our venue is spacious with naturally good air flow. When the weather permits we will open doors to further aid air flow with our air conditioning providing additional fresh air.

 Cleaning and Hygiene

Our hygiene standards are best practice and include provision of handwash and sanitiser for guests and staff. We have regular cleaning procedures for all high touch points and conduct a full clean of the cellar door and restaurant daily.

As building works have commenced for the creation of the Eva & Marc Besen Centre, we require all guests to park in the Lower car park.

We have a shuttle bus that operates each day that will transport you both ways. There is a designated path leading to our buildings from the lower carpark so simply follow the signs should you feel like a short steep walk to kick off your time with us.
